个人简介
| 副教授,硕士研究生导师,四川大学微生物学专业博士,四川省微生物学会成员。主要承担生物工程专业教学工作,长期从事功能益生菌及食品微生物环境胁迫响应研究,重点关注益生菌功能特性挖掘与评价,以及食品相关微生物在酸、盐、热、低温和氧化等环境胁迫条件下的生理代谢变化、耐受机制与分子调控规律。曾参与国家自然科学基金面上项目及省部级项目等10项。自2020年入职以来,主持四川省自然科学基金青年项目、四川省自然科学基金面上项目、教育部春晖计划及企事业委托项目等10余项。近年来,在 LWT - Food Science and Technology、Food Research International、Frontiers in Microbiology 等国内外期刊发表多篇学术论文,授权国家发明专利4项。欢迎对功能益生菌、食品微生物环境胁迫响应等研究方向感兴趣、具有良好专业基础和科研热情的同学积极联系报考。硕士研究生招生专业:生物与医药、食品科学与工程。 |
